1. Services

Primeview Landscaping provides lawn mowing, landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, and property cleanup services in Orlando, FL and surrounding Central Florida. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are free and non-binding until a service agreement is accepted. Pricing is based on information provided at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary if property conditions differ from what was described. We will communicate any changes before performing additional work.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or circumstances beyond our control and will notify you promptly. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-access situations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to ensure safe crew access to your property, remove hazards or fragile items from service areas, disclose underground irrigation lines or special conditions, secure pets during service visits, and provide accurate property information. We are not liable for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or pre-existing conditions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are communicated at the time of service agreement. We accept credit card, check, and electronic transfer. Recurring service invoices are typically issued monthly. Late payments may incur a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend services on accounts with outstanding balances.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to address the issue at no charge. This guarantee covers the specific service performed and does not apply to pre-existing conditions or external factors after completion.

7. Insurance & Liability

Primeview Landscaping is fully licensed and insured. In the event of damage caused by our crew's negligence, notify us within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. SMS / Text Message Terms

Program Description: Primeview Landscaping offers SMS text message communications to customers who opt in. Messages may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, estimates, follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers related to our lawn care and landscaping services.

Eligibility & Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to SMS communications from Primeview Landscaping. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

How to Opt In: You may opt in by submitting your phone number through our website contact or estimate form, or by texting us directly.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also contact us directly at (407) 499-5419 to be removed.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. Primeview Landscaping is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.

Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

No Sharing: Your phone number and SMS opt-in information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Website Use

All content on our website is owned by Primeview Landscaping and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission. Our website is provided "as is" and we are not liable for damages resulting from its use.

10. Governing Law
